Add backstory here: B’s body was born out of love and frustration. My son was diagnosed with Eczema when he was only two years old. Some forms of treatment recommended for him ranged from unscented soaps, oatmeal and bleach baths as well as using both topical and oral steriods during really bad breakouts steroids. As a mother of two, I've always tried to do what’s best for my children and somehow, these treatments just didn't feel right. About a year later, I went to pick my son up from daycare and I found him on the playground, in the

sandbox by himself almost in tears. When he saw me he started to cry asking me “mommy, why am I so itchy all over”. I pulled up his shirt to find his body covered in bumps and sores that he had scratched raw. It broke my heart. That night after yet another bleach bath and dousing of steroid and antibiotic cream, my son finally went to bed and I got to work. I started researching natural ways to manage/cure eczema. I found several articles referencing the use of Shea Butter, Cocoa butter and other oils including coconut, almond and essential

oils to create body butters that help hydrate and heal the skin while preventing flare ups. Using what I learned, I created a body butter which I used daily in the am and pm on my son’s skin. This along with discontinuing

scented soaps (even the ones that are “made for eczema prone skin) from bathing and laundry, my son’s skin cleared up in a matter of weeks. Not only that, but my butters have helped clear up the scars on my son’s body

due to him scratching himself raw. They’ve also helped clear up a friend of mines skin who had broken out in a

rash in a matter of a week.
